The tub was very well sealed in what seemed like air tight packaging, as well as being packaged in two different boxes. Once I tasted the Roland Lingonberries, I felt that they were some of the best tasting lingonberries I have had. I've been looking for these in bulk and there couldn't possibly be a better substitute than Roland's wild lingonberries. There's a good balance between tartness and sweetness, and the sauce is great to use on bread, crackers or for baking. The ingredients are few and simple, the way these fruit spreads should be-no HFCS, artificial flavors or colors, among other unneeded junk. The sweetness is just right for my taste, not too sweet like many of the popular brands of fruit spreads.
